I was pleasantly surprised with the Custom Air team. The guys were an amazing bunch of workers who really knocked it out in record time and did a great quality job. I highly recommend Custom Air and will not hesitate to call if I hit any problems with out heat and air. Just a terrific experience all the way around. Everyone was patient with my questions and made sure I understood everything. Outstanding work that even made my Old Bear happy!

I have been extremely pleased with the professional service Custom Air has provided to me since installing a complete system in my new house several years ago. Last week I called Becky with an issue -- Stuart came to the house and with his expertise and knowledge was able to take care of the problem immediately. Product or service reviewed: Heat Pump Service/Repair

Had a tech come out to check a heat pump that had a running fan but no compressor. He got there and went straight to work having me up and running in a little over an hour. Turns out it was a capacitor, and he replaced that after checking the item. Once these were complete he did some general inspection for pressure and coolant to make sure nothing else was having issues. Rates were reasonable, tech was friendly and respectful of property inside and out. I am very pleased and will continue to use Custom Air for heating/cooling needs.
